Soft Systems Club is operated by Evelina Tabaranu, a self-employed business owner registered in Spain. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@softsystemsclub.com.

What we collect

If you request the free Team Map or join the email list, Kit processes your email address, consent status and engagement with the emails you receive. If you buy a Field Guide or membership, Patreon processes the account, order, billing and access information needed to complete the transaction. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored on this website.

Why we use it

We use this information to deliver requested files and emails, provide paid access, answer support messages, keep purchase records, improve the products and meet legal obligations. Email marketing is based on your consent. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time.

Processors and transfers

The main service providers are Kit for email delivery, Patreon for membership and digital-product sales, and our website hosting and domain providers. Their own privacy terms govern the data they process for their services. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using the safeguards described in their policies.

Retention and your rights

Subscription data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, unless a longer period is required for legal records. Purchase and tax records are retained for the period required by applicable law. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by emailing us. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or your local supervisory authority.
