Soft Systems Club is operated by Evelina Tabaranu, a self-employed business owner registered in Spain. Questions about an order or these terms can be sent to hello@softsystemsclub.com.

Products and checkout

Field Guides are one-time digital purchases. Soft Systems Club is a recurring membership. Checkout, payment, receipts and access are handled by Patreon. The price, taxes, billing period and any renewal terms shown at Patreon checkout are the terms that apply to that order.

What is included

• Membership and Field Guides are self-serve digital products.
• No calls, consulting, custom setup or personal troubleshooting are included.
• Customer files are licensed for the buyer's own work and are not for resale or redistribution.
• Updates are included only where the product or membership page explicitly says so.

Delivery and access

Digital files and membership access are delivered through Patreon after successful payment. Keep your Patreon account and receipt so you can return to the material. If access fails, email us with the order email and product name; never send full payment-card details.

Membership cancellation

You may cancel a recurring membership in Patreon. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access and billing after cancellation follow the terms displayed by Patreon for your purchase.

Refunds and consumer rights

Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived. Refund and withdrawal requests are assessed under applicable consumer law and the checkout terms. Immediate access to downloadable digital content may affect the statutory withdrawal right only where the checkout obtains the consent and acknowledgement required by law.

Use of the materials

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use and adapt the material in your own work. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense or use the files to create a competing template or content library.

Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in effect at checkout applies to that order unless a change is required by law.
